Meet the DJ Team

Since 1954, DJ Construction has been providing construction services for commercial and industrial building projects in Elkhart County and beyond. We employ a total team concept to plan, coordinate and deliver quality construction services. Our senior team members include:

Bob Schrock, CEO Has led DJ's steady growth since 1981 Involved in the design and construction industry since 1977 Bachelor’s and master’s degrees in civil engineering from Purdue University Registered professional engineer in Indiana and Michigan	Doug Wogoman, President Involved in the design and construction industry since 1983; with DJ since 1995. Bachelor’s degree in environmental design and architecture from Miami University MBA from The University of Notre Dame Named President of DJ in 2007
Lydell Troyer, Vice-President, Field Operations In the industry since 1984; with DJ since 1990 Served as a DJ Project Manager from 1997-2002 Served as DJ Client Representative from 2002-2004	J.C. Schrock, Vice-President, Business Development Involved in the industry since 1982; with DJ since 1986 Bachelor’s and master’s degrees in civil engineering from Purdue University Registered engineer in Indiana and Michigan

Jason Pippenger, Manager of Preconstruction  In the industry since 1998; with DJ since 2001 Bachelor's degree in Construction Management from Purdue University Pat Gross, Preconstruction Project Manager In the industry since 2004; with DJ since 2005 Bachelor's degree in Computer Graphic Technology from Purdue University LEED AP ASHE-Certified Adam Tohulka, Preconstruction Project Manager In the industry since 2005; with DJ since 2007 Bachelor's degree in Construction Management from Purdue University LEED AP Certified Church Consultant (CCC)
Howie Mathews, Project Manager In the industry since 1986; with DJ since 1988 Served as a DJ Foreman and Superintendent from 1995-2005 Lon Roth, Project Manager Joined DJ in 2003. Spent an additional three years with the company previously Associate's Degree from Vincennes University
Robb Huber, Service Group Manager In the industry since 1986 and with DJ since 1993 Has led DJ's Service Group since 2003
