Syracuse Street Department Completes Addition

(August 24, 2009) The Syracuse Street Department has completed an addition at its facility located at 1 Conrad Street.  DJ Construction was the general contractor for the project, under the direction of Special Projects Superintendent Lon Roth.

The steel addition contains 5,320 square feet and is used for storing equipment and trucks.  Construction began in April 2009 and was finished in early August.

The Syracuse Street Department provides many services for the town including weekly yard waste collection, street sweeping, repair and maintenance, and traffic control signage and street markings.
