L&M Electric, Inc. Completes Major Renovation

(January 4, 2010) L&M Electric's 812 East Madison Street office building has a stylish new look after the completion of an exterior/interior renovation project.  The company partnered with DJ Construction for the project.

On the building interior, L&M Electric's office space, formerly located on the east end of the building, was moved to the west end and enlarged significantly.  This included the creation of a general office, lobby, conference room, and several private offices.  The project involved 2,730 square feet.

On the exterior, a new split-faced block, stone and EIFS facade was created across the west end of the building.

L&M Electric serves the commercial, industrial, and residential markets and offers a wide array of services including wiring, electrical/lighting design, complete building projects, parking lot lighting design/construction, industrial maintenance, machine and motor controls including AC drives, DC drives, PLC programming and installation, and light pole maintenance to 60' height.  L&M Electric has been serving the area since 1973.

DJ has a long-standing history with L&M Electric dating back 36 years to when L&M was founded.  The two companies have worked together on countless area projects since that time.
