New Office Space at The Trading Place
(June 30, 2010) Co-owners Kevin and Keith Lambright of The Trading Place have constructed new office space from the conversion of one of the cattle auction barns at the Shipshewana Auction and Flea Market. They partnered with DJ Construction for the project. The existing office building will eventually be torn down to improve both accessibility to the Flea Market and visibility of the nearby restaurant.
According to DJ Project Manager Howie Mathews, the crew completed the renovations alongside the auctions, which continued throughout the three-month project. It was finished in time for the busy flea market season which began in June.
The Lambrights have worked with DJ Construction in the past for the construction of The Farmstead Inn and Conference Center as well as several other buildings around the campus of the Shipshewana Auction and Flea Market.
