The Centre, P.C. Completes Major Renovation

(September 1, 2010) The Centre, P.C. recently partnered with Duke Realty and DJ Construction to complete their new location on the first floor of the medical office building (MOB) at the St. Joseph Regional Medical Center campus.  The major renovation project involved approximately 10,000 square feet.

The Centre, P.C. occupied the new space at the beginning of July.  It features a state-of-the-art operating room as well as a welcoming lobby with 'hacienda' doors and a water wall seen also from the main corridor of the MOB.  Construction began in March and was completed around hospital functions including allowing staff and patients to pass safely through the main entrance of the MOB.

According to Lain Ruch Downs, Executive Director, The Centre, P.C. was pleased with the construction process.  "DJ Construction does superior work and their craftsmanship is remarkable.  We gave them pictures and ideas of what we'd like our practice to look like and they created 'the look and feel' we were striving for.  We didn't worry about a thing, which was critical for us as we continued to manage the normal course of business of the practice," she states.

Comprehensive Plastic Surgery is a unique plastic surgery practice serving patients in Elkhart and South Bend, Indiana, Michigan and the sourthern Michigan area, and Chicago.  It specializes in cosmetic surgery and skin care services and products as well as reconstruction and rehabilitation of the hand, wrist, and forearm due to illness or injury.
