The Centre, P.C. Completes Major Renovation

(September 1, 2010)  The Centre, P.C. recently partnered with Duke Realty and DJ Construction to complete its new location on the first floor of the medical office building (MOB) at the St. Joseph Regional Medical Center campus.  The major renovation project involved approximately 10,000 square feet.  Read more. 

BD Custom Manufacturing Inc. Begins Addition

(July 27, 2010)  BD Custom Manufacturing, located at 1100 Bloomingdale Dr. in Bristol, is beginning construction of a steel manufacturing and storage addition.  The company is partnering with DJ Costruction for the project.  Read more. 

Jayco Finishes Addition to Motorhome Plant

(July 19, 2010)  Jayco, Inc. has completed an addition to its Plant 41 facility in partnership with DJ Construction.  The steel addition contains 30,150 square feet of manufacturing space that includes 6,000 sq. ft. of new mezzanine as well as new and renovated areas throughout the building.  The addition is needed to accommodate growing demand for motorhomes produced by the company's Entegra Coach division.  Read more. 

Triangle Rubber and Plastics Completes Addition

(July 12, 2010)  Triangle Rubber and Plastics, located at 1801 Eisenhower Dr., has completed a 24,000 square foot addition in partnership with DJ Construction.  Read more. 

New Office Space at The Trading Place

(June 30, 2010)  Co-owners Kevin and Keith Lambright of The Trading Place have constructed new office space from the conversion of one of the cattle auction barns at the Shipshewana Auction and Flea Market.  They partnered with DJ Construction for the project.  The existing office building will eventually be torn down to improve both accessibility to the Flea Market and visibility of the nearby restaurant.  Read more. 

Mennonite Church USA Blesses Ground for New Office Building

(June 24, 2010)  Mennonite Church USA and DJ Construction are excited to announce the beginning of construction of a new office building for Mennonite Church USA.  The project will target LEED certification.  Read more. 

Groundbreaking for MoonTree Community Construction Project

(June 10, 2010)  The Poor Handmaids of Jesus Christ held a groundbreaking ceremony on Monday to commemorate the beginning of new art studios of MoonTree Communty.  DJ Construction is the building partner for the project.  Read more.

New Senior Housing/Alzheimer Community Concept Coming to Warsaw

(April 20, 2010)  Willow's Bend, a new development along SR 15 in Warsaw, will be home to Hope Rising, an innovative senior living community with an exciting new concept for individuals with Alzheimer's and other forms of dementia and their families.  Located just two miles north of Wal-Mart, these 27 acres of rolling hills and natural wetlands will house several memory care assisted living homes as well as independent living homes, both townhouses and multifamily units.  Three commercial/office parcels on the eastern side of the property along SR 15 are also available for purchase or lease.  Long-time Warsaw business community member Deanna Hicks is heading up the effort behind the development.  Read more.

Goshen Center for Wound Healing Project Complete

(March 1, 2010)  Goshen Health System partnered with DJ Construction to create the new spaces for Goshen Center for Wound Healing and the adjacent offices of Gerig Surgical Associates, located in the old Park Pharmacy building just south of Goshen College along State Road 15.  Read more. 

Terry's Cleaning and Restoration Completes Addition

(January 25, 2010)  Interra Credit Union recently opened a new Nappanee branch located at the east corner of the intersection of Oakland Ave. and US 6. A ribbon cutting ceremony was held on January 18th to commemorate the opening of the new branch.  Read more.

(January 18, 2010)  Bremen Church of the Brethren has officially moved into its brand new building at 921 Woodies Lane in Bremen.  A dedication service took place on January 10th.  DJ Construction was the church's building partner.  Read more.

Two DJ Employees Now ASHE-Certified!

 (November 30, 2009)  Two DJ employees have completed the requirements to become ASHE-Certified.  ASHE (the American Society for Healthcare Engineering of the American Hospital Association) creates and oversees this healthcare construction certification program.  Read more.
