(February 3, 2012) The Boys and Girls Club of Goshen first partnered with DJ in 2000 to build a brand new club building on Crescent Ave. in Goshen.  Twelve years and probably over a million foot and hand prints later, the club was ready for some upgrades, and it again turned to DJ for help.  Read more.

(December 6, 2011) The South Bend Clinic partnered with DJ Construction again this fall for a renovation project at its main campus on Eddy St.  A 5,450 square foot renovation created an updated space for the Clinic's cardiology and allergy departments and is now in use.  Read more.

Roofing Products International (RPI), Inc. Completes Addition

(November 9, 2011) DJ and RPI, Inc. have completed an addition at RPI's 57460 Dewitt St. facility in Elkhart.  The post-framed addition contains 3,210 square feet and is used for storage.  Read more.

Culver Duck Farms Completes Addition to Freezer Building

(November 2, 2011) DJ and Culver Duck Farms, Inc. announce the completion of an addition to Culver Duck's freezer building.  Containing 8,025 square feet, the addition was finished in October.  Read more.

John Kline Welcome Center in Use at Camp Mack

(October 17, 2011) Summer campers and staff at Camp Alexander Mack enjoyed a new dining/office facility this summer, built by DJ Construction.  Following a fire to Becker Lodge on July 11, 2010, Camp Mack partnered with DJ Construction and Martin Riley Architects of Fort Wayne to build the new John Kline Welcome Center.  Construction began last November and was completed in June.  Read more.

New Home for Harvest Bible Chapel

(October 3, 2011) Harvest Bible Chapel and DJ Construction have announced the beginning of an addition/renovation project to serve as a new home for the church.  The facility is located at 52277 Hickory Rd. in Granger.  The church currently meets at Northpoint Elementary School on Cherry Rd., where it has met since its founding in 2009.  Read more.

(September 6, 2011) DJ recently completed a buildout in the retail building behind Hawkins Water Tech on Cassopolis Street in Elkhart for Peoplelink Staffing Solutions.  The buildout included 1,705 square feet in the building DJ constructed in 2009.  Read more.

Benton Mennonite Church Completes Facility Upgrades

(August 9, 2011) Benton Mennonite Church has taken steps to upgrade and more fully utilize its building.  The scope of work included an ADA lift serving all three levels, an ADA-compliant restroom, an expanded foyer, an upgraded HVAC system for the worship area, a reconfiguration of the worship area and platform, and additional steps to prepare for a future addition.  DJ's Special Projects Group completed the project.  Read more.

Yoder Shopping Center Completes Addition

(August 1, 2011) Yoder Shopping Center, which houses Yoder Department Store, Yoder's Shipshewana Hardware, and Yoders Supermarket, has finished an addition to its 300 S. Van Buren St. facility in Shipshewana.  Read more.

LaCasa, Inc. Breaks Ground for Lincoln West Apartments

(July 26, 2011) LaCasa, Inc. broke ground yesterday for a renovation project to create new apartment units.  The old Goshen Housing Authority office, located at 1101 W. Lincoln Ave., will be converted into 15 living units.  Read more.

Two More DJ Employees Receive ASHE Certification

(July 11, 2011) DJ Construction Special Projects Superintendent Doug Troyer and Services Superintendent Robb Huber both received ASHE certification in May.  ASHE (the American Society for Healthcare Engineering of the American Hospital Association) creates and oversees this healthcare construction certification program.  Read more.
