South Bend Clinic Granger – Granger

Building Facts – The wood-framed and brick exterior addition adds several exam rooms, a new reception lobby, offices, a conference room, a staff lounge, labs, radiology and mammography rooms and an ultrasound room.  The project involved extensive site work.  The clinic remained in operation throughout the construction project.

Maple City Health Care Center – Goshen

Building Use – Community Health Care
Project Size – 1,613 sq.ft. addition, main level renovation
Building Facts – Overcrowding is solved at MCHCC. The 2nd story addition increased the number of exam rooms from 7 to 12 and provided additional staff space. Extensive main level renovations eased circulation. The clinic remained in operation throughout the project.

Gerig Surgical Associates and the Wound Center – Goshen

Project Size – 10,100 sq. ft.
Building Facts – Goshen Health System partnered with DJ to create the new spaces for Gerig Surgical Associates and the Wound Center, located in the old Park Pharmacy building along State Road 15.  The original building underwent a complete renovation including an extensive facelift of the facade and the creation of two separate suites.
